Position Overview
We’re seeking a reliable, experienced Maintenance Technician to keep our operations running safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess both the aptitude and skill set necessary to support and enhance the capabilities of our Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily equipment and system startup and/or shutdown tasks
- Execute assigned daily/weekly/monthly/annual preventative maintenance procedures
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and dust collection systems
- Maintain and repair facility electrical, plumbing, HVAC, boiler, sprinkler and lighting systems
- Assist in maintaining parts inventory
- Perform groundskeeping duties including but not limited to snow and trash removal
- Operate forklifts, aerial lifts, tractors and other motorized equipment
- Adhere to all safety protocols, working both independently and with others as required
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience
- Self-motivation and ability to perform in a high-production industrial environment
- Strong mechanical skills and with a basic knowledge of electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, vacuum systems and troubleshooting methods
- Welding/cutting/fabricating, and/or machining skills a plus
- Ability to work split shifts (if needed)
