Operations include traditional solid wood rough mill and sophisticated fiberboard panel processing with eco-friendly finishing. We are continuously improving our 100,000 square foot facility by installing new machinery, updating infrastructure, and introducing new products to the marketplace.
Description
Office assistant is responsible for performing tasks to support accounting, sales, and production departments.
Job Responsibilities
· Maintain the A/P office filing system.
· Receive, process, match, and verify invoices.
· Perform data entry associated with accounts payables.
· Tracking and recording purchase orders.
· Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
· Assist Management and staff with tasks as needed.
· Learn to navigate company ERP software.
· Enter and acknowledge sales orders.
· Update customer pricing and product listings.
· Weekly inventory verification
· Daily administrative production reporting activities (entering production, printing labels, pallet verification, warehouse paperwork)
Required Qualifications
· Microsoft Excel and Word proficient
· Organized and able to multi-task
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
