Families find the healing and support they’ve been searching for through our dedicated staff and vibrant parent community.Cherry Gulch is seeking a licensed Program Director to lead our dynamic team of therapists and oversee program operations. This role offers a flexible schedule around school breaks. We look forward to receiving your resume as you consider joining our team.ResponsibilitiesLead the clinical team to effectively conduct weekly individual, family, and group therapy sessions.Serve on the campus leadership team to evaluate and plan current and future programming.Oversee facilities management to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.Supervise kitchen department operations to provide nutritious meals that meet the dietary needs of our students.Collaborate with the school admissions team, education consultants, and parents to assess students and develop treatment plans during the enrollment process.Provide expertise and coaching to the clinical team as they respond to student and parent needs.Ensure that all clinical case work, filing, and billing meet licensing and contractual requirements.Oversee program licensing and compliance.Ensure campus safety through strategic programming and leadership.Coordinate quarterly on-campus family workshops.Ensure service excellence in all aspects of the program.Certifications / QualificationsMust be a Psychologist, LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC licensed in ID.Must have a clinical supervision endorsement.Minimum of five (5) years post-licensure experience with inpatient, outpatient, and / or mental health care, preferably in a residential program setting.Must have direct clinical and case management experience and group leadership experience.Strong clinical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and direct the work of others.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Intermediate-level PC skills required.Education RequirementsMaster’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, or Ph.D. or PsyD. in Psychology from an accredited college or university.Job Type : Full-timePay : $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per yearBenefits : 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAbility to Relocate : Emmett, ID 83617 : Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location : In person#J-18808-Ljbffr
