Cardiopulmonary Director

The Cardiopulmonary Services Director combines administrative leadership with clinical responsibilities as a practicing Respiratory Therapist. Key duties include strategic management and operational oversight of the cardiopulmonary department, direct patient care, and team mentorship to ensure high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Education/Experience

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum three years clinical experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Two years progressive leadership experience preferred.
  
  

Licensure/Certification

• Current Respiratory Therapist license in Idaho.
• RRT credential preferred.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications required upon hire.
