Clinician II (RN) Endo-Rheumatology/Full-Time

POSITION SUMMARY: The Clinician II collaborates with healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless care continuum for patients in a clinic setting. This role focuses on maintaining safety and high-quality care standards while coordinating wellness and chronic illness activities. Success is measured by patient outcome performance metrics. The Clinician II also provides clinical leadership through critical thinking and problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: RN required; BSN preferred.
• Licenses: NM RN license; BLS certification required.
• Experience: One year in a clinical setting preferred.
  
  

SUPERVISION: Supervises medical assistants and ensures clinical staff orientation and competencies.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Full range of motion, lifting up to 50 pounds, and exposure to clinic conditions.
