We are seeking a dynamic nurse leader for the Director of Nursing RN position in Baton Rouge, LA. This role offers the chance to positively impact patients and staff daily within a rapidly growing Home Health Care and Hospice agency.

Job Duties

  • Attend annual reviews and in-services
  • Participate in performance improvement activities
  • Maintain regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • Current RN licensure in Louisiana
  • Minimum three years RN experience, with one year in home health or hospice
  • One year supervisory experience
