We are seeking Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for Day and Night Shifts.
Pay ranges from $29 to $34 per hour, with additional shift differentials for evenings and weekends.

- Provide direct LPN nursing care
- Oversee nursing assistants
- Observe and report changes in resident conditions
- Attend required trainings and educational events
- Current Kentucky LPN certification
- Strong documentation skills; PCC experience is a plus
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Solid work history with excellent attendance
