Med/Surg RN (Nights, Bonus Eligible)

This position offers a $20,000 sign-on bonus for a staff Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for directing and performing nursing care within their licensed scope. The RN reports to the charge nurse and must effectively coordinate patient care.

• Demonstrate positive customer service.
• Implement patient care interventions and document accordingly.
• Participate in Quality Improvement projects.
• Support the Medical Centers Mission/Vision.
• Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements include a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and a current RN license in Missouri. BLS certification is required; ACLS and PALS are recommended. Physical and mental demands include the ability to work 12-hour shifts, use office equipment, and lift up to 35 lbs.
