Work Schedule: 12 hr PM shifts (6pm-6am), full-time, with holidays and weekends required.
Compensation includes a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a $20,000 annual PM shift stipend, plus a $2,000 CME allowance.
Responsibilities include caring for post-op transplant patients, developing care plans, performing assessments, and collaborating with medical staff.
Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or PA program, relevant certifications, and BLS certification.
