- Adjudicate claims and fill prescriptions efficiently.
- Accept and evaluate written prescriptions and refill requests.
- Record medical histories while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
- Provide quality customer service and respond to patient inquiries.
- Select, count, and label medications for pharmacist verification.
- Participate in inventory audits and medication purchasing.
- LA state pharmacy technician license required.
- National certification preferred.
- Two or more years of experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
