- Interpreting referrals and developing/modifying patient care plans
- Conducting comprehensive assessments and coordinating care with clinical teams
- Directing Physical Therapy Assistants and ensuring quality treatment
- Maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety goals
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Oklahoma Physical Therapy license or eligibility
- BLS or CPR certification required
- Effective communication skills in English
- Preferred experience varies by department
