- Current state registration/licensure in good standing.
- Preferred one year of experience in post-acute care.
- CPR certification required upon hire or during orientation.
- Engage in community health projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and support departments.
- Demonstrate good body mechanics and independent decision-making.
- Knowledgeable of relevant laws and guidelines.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships.
