Therapist, IOP

Responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated Licensed Therapist for our Bogalusa IOP to provide individual and group counseling for patients with substance abuse and mental health disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting counseling sessions
• Developing treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team
• Maintaining patient records
• Participating in case conferences
• Staying updated on best practices
  
  

Minimum qualifications include a Master's degree in counseling or social work, state licensure, and experience with relevant patient populations. Preferred qualifications include experience with evidence-based treatments and outpatient settings. Full-time and PRN positions available, with no weekend requirements and a retention bonus of up to $1500.
