Shifts available: Day Shift 6am-6pm. Full time 3 days a week with potential for OT

Core Duties
Resident Assistant will be responsible for passing resident medications in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents.
Resident Assistant will be responsible for all required documentation per regulation and community policy.
Resident Assistant will be responsible for completing the activities of daily living (ADLs) as detailed in each resident's care/service plan. These services include providing personal care for all residents and communicating with medical professionals and families about the needs of residents under the direction of the Health Services Team.
Resident Assistant may be responsible for providing the following care as well as additional care and services: Assistance with bathing; assistance with grooming; assistance with continence care and toileting; make beds, remove trash; assisting residents at mealtimes with eating; provide safety, comfort, and well-being.
Resident Assistants are expected to document and communicate any observed changes of condition in accordance with regulations and community policy and procedure.
The Resident Assistant will be responsible for assisting with room trays, assisting the residents with meals, escorts to meals when needed, and verify that all assigned residents have received meals.
The Resident Assistant will be responsible for communicating with medical professionals and families regarding resident needs.
