Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in ministry, biblical studies, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in ministry or a similar role, with an emphasis on operational and volunteer coordination.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteers in a ministry setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to offer prayer, biblical encouragement, and practical support.
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficiency in managing schedules, tracking metrics, and overseeing logistics for programs and events.
- Strong commitment to the mission, vision, and values of Cherry Hills Community Church.
- Demonstrated ability to foster Christ-like relationships in all interactions with staff, volunteers, and congregants.
- Willingness to lead by example in spiritual practices, including prayer and mentorship.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high-pressure situations with grace and efficiency.
- Flexible schedule, including availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Must successfully complete a background check.
