Cherry Optical Lab is an independent lab obsessed with making two things: the world’s best lenses and the world’s happiest humans. We are searching for a Happy Human to join our Coating Team.
Our Coating Operators are responsible for utilizing high-tech laboratory equipment to apply coatings to custom lenses.
The main responsibilities of this position include:
- Operate a variety of automated machinery.
- Complete routine machine maintenance and calibration.
- Inspect completed lenses for quality errors and defects.
- Meet specific jobs per hour production metrics.
- Ability to stand and walk continuously for up to 8 hours per day.
- Ability to operate technology including computers and scanners.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

Work Location: Onsite; Green Bay, WI
Days & Hours: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00pm-6:30am
Starting Wage: $22.00 per hour
