Shipping Room Clerk - Part Time Days

Cherry Optical Lab is a leader in manufacturing optical lenses and is obsessed with two things: 1. Making the world's best lenses & 2. Making the world's happiest people. (Our Team Members, our customers, and their patients.) We are looking to fill a full-time position within our Shipping & Receiving team.

Responsibilities include opening incoming shipments (lenses are small so the boxes they come in are as well!), entering order information into the computer system and double checking for accuracy, distributing eyeglass frames and orders received to the proper places throughout the facility, and packaging and shipping completed orders throughout the day.

We are looking for team oriented, happy people that have a very high level of attention to detail and the ability to hustle! Prior office, data entry or shipping experience is preferred but not necessary.

Most team members that we onboard have no prior optical experience, and some have never worked in manufacturing before. Qualities that we look for in team members that mesh with Company values include:

The days and hours for this position are 3-5 days a week, Monday-Friday from 12:00pm-6:00pm. Fridays are required.

The starting rate of pay is $17.00 per hour.
