We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Culinary Aide to join our team in providing exceptional food service in a Skilled Nursing environment. Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to dietary guidelines and resident preferences.
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented in an appealing manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining areas, and food production equipment.
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure the health of residents.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting positively with residents during meal service.
- Support the head cook in menu planning and inventory management as needed.
- Assist with serving meals and cleaning up after dining services.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of dietetics.
