Key Responsibilities :

Oversee day-to-day operations on commercial construction job sites, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and on-site teams to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to project timelines.

Enforce safety policies and protocols to ensure a secure job site in line with OSHA regulations and Dunhill's safety program.

Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, addressing any challenges promptly.

Conduct site inspections, manage subcontractor performance, and ensure that all work complies with project plans, specifications, and local building codes.

Lead post-project reviews with teams to evaluate successes and areas for improvement.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent, overseeing projects from start to finish.

Proven track record of successfully managing commercial construction projects (such as office renovations, tenant improvements, or public work).

Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety regulations, and local building codes.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in project management software and digital tools is a plus.
