Duties and Responsibilities:
- Plan, schedule, and oversee all aspects of construction projects.
- Coordinate with trades, suppliers, and subcontractors timely and consistently for smooth
- execution.
- Purchase and order material for job sites that are not under the scope of the design team.
- Conduct daily site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety regulations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during construction.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders and team members.
- Implement quality control measures and procedures.
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project activities, including daily job logs and note taking during all project related meetings.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Assist in estimating the rough material portion of homes, including calculating costs for materials, labor, and other related expenses. As well as review and approve each bid during preconstruction.
- Collaborate with the Estimator and Client Coordinator to manage change orders, ensuring proper documentation and approval processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of construction management processes means, and methods
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5 years experience as a superintendent
- 5 years of Project Management experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
