Cherry Valley Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Hospital Manager to join our team! This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is looking to take the next step in their veterinary career. We're looking for a strong leader that enjoys mentorship, is emotionally intelligent, has a growth mindset, and is team- focused.
In this position, you will help with personnel management (hiring, onboarding, training), budget and inventory management, scheduling, and conflict resolution. You will also be expected to help throughout the hospital as needed, including assisting with surgeries and dentals.
Our ideal qualifications :
- 2 or more years of leadership experience
- Inventory management preferred
- Experience with team mentorship and training
- Ability to tactfully handle difficult situations with team members and clients
- Advanced computer skills

Salary : $68,000 - $75,000
