Job Title: Late-Stage SDR (with path to AE or VP)
Location: Brooklyn, NY (In-Person, 4 Days/Week)
Compensation: Base Commission Equity
Cherry is transforming how healthcare facilities manage AP and payments. We're looking for a sharp, ambitious sales professional to join our founding sales team. This is a full-cycle role—part connector, part closer—with direct exposure to the CEO and a clear path to grow into AE or VP.
- Attend ~14 industry conferences per year to meet new prospects and build trusted relationships
- Connect with existing customers and vendors to generate warm referrals
- Own the full sales process: from initial outreach and networking to closing the deal
- Run ~4 qualified demos per week after ramp-up (typically by month 3)
- Engage in thoughtful, non-pushy follow-up, including cold calls and outreach where needed
- Collaborate closely with leadership and peers in our Brooklyn office (4 days/week)
- You’ve closed deals before—start to finish—and understand how to manage a 60–90 day sales cycle
- You’re coachable, self-aware, and eager to grow into leadership as we scale
- You thrive in live settings—confident at conferences, curious in conversations, and fearless in asking for referrals or intros.
- You understand how to meet people where they are—whether unaware, curious, or ready to move
- Bonus: You’ve sold into healthcare or fintech before
