JOB SUMMARY
The Web Administrator will support Cherrylake's digital presence by managing websites, email campaigns, and CRM workflows. This role focuses on optimizing digital platforms to enhance user experience, increase engagement, advance e-commerce and drive strategic marketing goals. Working closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist, the Web Administrator will leverage tools like WordPress, HubSpot, and Google Analytics to ensure seamless functionality, accurate reporting, and alignment with company objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES

Website Management
•
Build, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress, including custom themes, templates, forms, and workflows.
•
Collaborate with the marketing team to update content, imagery, and design, ensuring websites remain accurate and relevant.
•
Email Campaigns and CRM Support
•
Set up and manage email campaigns, including drip campaigns, newsletters, and targeted promotions, using coding to align with user behavior and sales needs.
•
Maintain CRM workflows, user accounts, and integrations in HubSpot, optimizing lead capture forms, automated chat attendants, and customer engagement tools.
•
Provide analytics and exception reports to support database maintenance and adoption.
•
Digital Analytics and Reporting
•
Track and analyze digital performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and PowerBI.
•
Generate reports on key metrics to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform strategy.
•
Collaboration and Innovation
•
Work closely with the Digital Marketing Specialist to align digital initiatives with broader marketing goals.

Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovation into digital strategies.
QUALIFICATIONS
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4 years of experience in website management and digital marketing.
- Expertise in WordPress, including building and optimizing custom themes and templates.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and a basic understanding of JavaScript, jQuery, and PHP.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and/or Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, BigCommerce, Acumatica, Delighted, Google Adwords and ActiveCampaign is a plus.
- Experience in website testing, troubleshooting bugs, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing for mobile responsiveness and seamless performance across devices.
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach to tasks.
