JOB SUMMARY
This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution to deliver impactful experiences for both B2B and B2C audiences. The Event & Engagement Specialist will plan, execute, and enhance events that reflect Cherrylake’s brand vision, foster engagement, and build meaningful connections.
As a key member of the marketing team, this role will drive the development and execution of event strategies, design communication campaigns, and cultivate partnerships with community and industry organizations. The Event & Engagement Specialist will also support organizational initiatives and internal events that inspire, engage, and align team members with company culture and goals.
From initial concept to post-event analysis, this role ensures seamless execution and measurable success, collaborating across teams to align events with operational objectives and KPIs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Event Strategy and Planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event branding, strategy, and vision aligned with Cherrylake’s marketing goals.
- Event Execution and Coordination Collaborate on the planning, coordination, and execution of events such as the Farm Races, OUTSIDE Collaborative, Family Fiesta, and new agritourism initiatives. Negotiate with vendors, manage contracts, and ensure seamless event logistics. Work closely with internal support teams to align on objectives, KPIs, and event deliverables. Develop strategies to engage sponsors and partners in events, enhancing their value and involvement.
- Marketing and Promotion Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, including email, social media, and paid advertising, to drive event registration and engagement. Identify target audiences and craft strategies to increase their participation and involvement. Create content for all event-related materials.
- Performance Measurement and Innovation Track budgets, create dashboards, and analyze event performance. Innovate event concepts and integrate fresh industry trends to drive engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
HOURS OF WORK
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and in fast-paced environments as needed.
