You’ll play a pivotal role in packaging design, content creation, digital management, and trade support, ensuring brand alignment and driving growth within Lowe’s retail and online channels.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Packaging Design:
- Lead the development of KOBALT packaging, adhering to Lowe’s Private Brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Private Brand, Product Management, and Sales) to create visually compelling and functional packaging for the retail environment.
- Manage packaging timelines and oversee production to ensure quality and consistency.
- Maintain and update the Lowe’s website for KOBALT 24V and 40V products, ensuring accurate listings, promotions, SEO optimization, and compliance with Lowe’s standards.
- Analyze website performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance traffic and conversions.
- Oversee external agency for product and lifestyle photography for KOBALT 24V and 40V products.
- Design creative assets for social media, POS materials, in-store signage, and quarterly promotional renderings for Kobalt. Assists with Chervon brands in collaboration with North America marketing and brand teams.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop creative toolkits, including templates for sell sheets, product line reviews, presentations, and trade assets.
- Lead the creation and deployment of quarterly promotional flyers to drive awareness and engagement among Lowe’s associates and Chervon’s field marketing teams.
- Manage Lowe’s store and trade show events, coordinating resources, design, and execution to deliver impactful experiences.
- Partner with Lowe’s and Chervon corporate marketing teams to develop and implement customer advertising calendar and media plans for private brands.
- Drive creative strategies for user touchpoints, including packaging, events, selling tools, and digital communications.
- Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Manager and corporate marketing teams to manage marketing budgets supporting Lowe’s demand generation initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, graphic design or a related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in design/brand/marketing roles, ideally in the power tool, outdoor power equipment, or similar CPG industries.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of brand/marketing strategies and best practices.
- Expertise in project management with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in merchandising, packaging design, and event coordination.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally, including with senior-level executives.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills and business acumen.
