We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Specialist to manage and optimize our Home Depot / Lowes product listings and operations. This role focuses on maintaining system efficiency, increasing product visibility, and driving sales growth on the platform.
Responsibilities :
- Communicate with platform representatives to ensure smooth product listings and optimize searchability.
- Manage system operations, ensuring the platform functions efficiently.
- Track orders to ensure timely processing and collaborate with logistics for accurate fulfillment.
- Enhance product listings, including product descriptions, images, and keywords to boost visibility and sales.
- Run targeted marketing ads on Home Depot platform to increase customer engagement and sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to continuously optimize listing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications :
Pay : $21-$23 per hour
