Chesaco RV, a leading RV Dealership chain, is seeking a skilled Settlement Coordinator / Finance Associate to join our team at our Joppa, MD location. The function of this role is to facilitate the end phases of a recreational vehicle purchase. We would consider individuals from numerous professional backgrounds experienced in business administration, contract settlement, banking, and document processing.
Qualifications:
- Prior RV, Marine, Powersports, or Auto sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong Attention to Detail and Exceptional customer service skills.
- High energy, positive personality with a can-do attitude.
- Well versed in record keeping, product remittances, and direct customer interaction.
- Experienced in Business Administration, Contract Settlement and Document Processing.
- Retail Customer / Sales Experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- General understanding of finance and bank contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting and Signing documents.
- Presentation of Aftermarket Products and customer entitlements via product menu.
- Deal Settling and Bank Package Preparation.
- Administer MVA related tasks for vehicle tagging purposes.
- Monitor Outstanding Contracts ensuring timely funding.
- Vendor Account reconciliation
- Monthly Data and Performance Reporting.
- Administrative Cashiering Duties.
- Deal Structuring and Deal Desking duties as required.
