Description :
The Chesapeake Bay Outward Bound School Training Manager will lead the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of CBOBS’ educational products—from employee training to student and client experiences. This will be accomplished through a comprehensive body of work which includes improving product content and delivery aimed at improving student outcomes in our 8 core SEL outcomes, ensuring instructional staff are equipped to deliver high-quality programming, and wrap-around supports for our core programs and program audience. This is a full-time position.

Staff Training Design :
- Ensures industry standard training is delivered consistently to all instructional staff which enables safe and consistent program delivery to participants through internal and external trainers.
- Identifies and advocates for innovative and effective learning solutions that meet the needs of a diverse learning community across the organization.
- Plans, organizes, directs, develops, and controls the creation, implementation, and evaluation of a broad range of professional development programs, including content development, iteration and approval, and implementation (including facilitation).
- Creates and manages annual training budget.
