Main Responsibilities
- Lead institutional effectiveness efforts, integrating planning, assessment, and institutional research.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance academic programs and improve student outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the institution.
Key Requirements
- Masters degree (Ph.D. preferred) in research, assessment, planning, management information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of applied research and data analysis experience, preferably in higher education.
