Responsibilities
- Develop and implement institutional effectiveness plans that align with the college's mission and strategic goals.
- Conduct research and analyze data to inform decision-making and drive academic success.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement effective assessment strategies.
Requirements
- Masters degree (Ph.D. preferred) in research, assessment, planning, management information systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of applied research and data analysis experience, preferably in higher education.
