This individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making repairs, and replacing essential components. They will also assist Trade Technicians in maintaining all facets of the College's facilities systems and equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment checks and repairs.
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, and forklifts.
- Assist Trade Technicians in maintaining facilities systems and equipment.
- Replace essential components, including light bulbs, water filters, and plumbing fixtures.
- Aquire and maintain necessary certifications to operate equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Three (3) years experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Carpentry trades.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
