This individual will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to faculty and staff, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to faculty and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including equipment checks and repairs.
- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, bobcats, and forklifts.
- Assist Trade Technicians in maintaining facilities systems and equipment.
- Replace essential components, including light bulbs, water filters, and plumbing fixtures.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Three (3) years experience in Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, or Carpentry trades.
- Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
