Essential Duties: Compiling project documentation and resources for project start up. Effectively communicating information internally, with vendors, general contractors, and owners. Managing projects ranging in size from small repairs to multi-year contracts. More specific duties include, but not limited to the following:

Estimating
- Download/save/create folders for bid documentation
- Determining scope of work
- Review and interpret quantity takeoffs'
- Review project documentation and requirements
- Issue request for quotes to vendors
- Interface with potential clients/suppliers
- Assembling proposal and all bid inclusions
Project Management- Review project specifications and drawings
- Negotiate contracts
- Complete prequalification documents and vendor questionnaires
- Project start up, scheduling, and creating new job using established CCS system
- Create and maintain electronic files (i.e., project revisions, submittal registry, RFI’s)
- Issue purchase orders for materials
- Coordination of material sampling/testing
- Interface with engineers/owners/vendors/contractors/field personnel
- Track project progress and invoicing
- Review daily reports and quality control documentation
- Assemble project closeout documentation at job completion (warranties, reporting, photos)
Experience and Education:
3-5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in the construction industry. Associate or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Environmental Engineering preferred.
