Job Title : HVAC Commissioning Technician

We specialize in designing, installing, and servicing cutting-edge control systems for commercial and industrial facilities. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Controls Commissioning Technician to ensure our systems are properly installed, calibrated, and optimized for peak performance.

Primary Duties HVAC Commissioning Technician

  • Perform start-up, commissioning, and testing of HVAC control systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS).
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve issues with control devices, sensors, and networked systems.
  • Work with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure system functionality meets design specifications.
  • Program and configure controllers, user interfaces, and system components.
  • Conduct functional performance testing and document results.
  • Provide training and technical support to clients and end-users.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and project requirements.

Minimum qualifications include :

  • Associates or Technical degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, networking, and low-voltage wiring.
  • Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel to job site
  • Good driving record, able to lift 50lbs, climb ladders, etc.
  • Flexibility to work overtime / weekends, as projects require
