Pay and Benefits Disclosure
The pay range for this role as of April 2025 is $75,000-$125,000 annually. This range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to tenure, previous experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic considerations. What You’ll Be Doing
- Complete all general electrical in-home, service calls.
- Establish customer trust and rapport to provide the best options regarding the right products and services.
- Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
- Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.

- A deep desire to deliver the best products and services to our customers.
- Sales and estimating experience with a hunger to control your earning potential.
- At least 3 years of progressive experience and at least 1 year in residential electrical
- Experience leading your own jobs or service calls.
- Journeyman License is preferred and required for sign-on bonus qualifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to successfully pass a drug screening and background check.
- A valid driver’s license and must be insurable.
