Job Summary
The Intern position will gain hands-on experience that includes data research, analysis and providing support to staff within Health and Safety. We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst to assess large amounts of data using Artificial Intelligence for predictive analytics to identify trending and potential exposures that could lead to a serious incident.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Identify trends and patterns in health and safety data using AI to provide insights for continuous improvement in safety performance
- Utilize machine learning to help predict potential exposures before they lead to a serious incident
- Manipulate and analyze large amounts of data to track leading and lagging indicators of performance
- Develop reports, charts, and graphs to communicate data trends and findings to different levels of the organization
- Work collaboratively with health and safety teams to identify areas for improvement based on data insights
- Communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in clear and concise language
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection, analysis and reporting processes to ensure the data is accurate, reliable, and relevant
- Occasional travel to field locations to gain insights and identify area specific needs
Job Specific Skills
Education
Minimum : Pursuing a Bachelor's degree - from accredited university - Data Science, Statistics, Health & Safety or similar field
Minimum : Other - Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale
Graduating on or after May 2026
Additional Qualifications
This internship could be located in our OKC or Spring corporate office and will be determined at later date.
