Responsibilities
- Sales for all brands represented by Chesapeake Lighting and Chesapeake construction supply.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and expand market presence.
- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities with existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise.
- Work closely with distributor and contractor clients to develop discretionary business opportunities.
- Provide feedback to our manufacturers regarding new product development based on market demand
- Manage accounts effectively by maintaining regular communication and providing exceptional customer service.
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback for management review.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or sales management is preferred.
- Strong skills in lead generation, relationship building, and account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members when necessary.
- Familiarity with product demos and upselling strategies is a plus.
