Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery safely and follow all safety protocols.
- Count and stack finished products.
- Understand customer specifications using factory work orders and design instructions.
- Perform basic math calculations and read measuring tools like tape measures and gauges.
- Collaborate with team members to set up and run production orders.
- Maintain housekeeping standards throughout the shift.
- Conduct quality inspections and tests, documenting results accurately.
- Continuously monitor production quality and quantity.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 months of experience in industrial manufacturing (preferred).
- Experience in corrugated manufacturing or similar industries is a plus.
- Forklift experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to accurately read measuring tools and apply basic math skills.
