Duties
- Set up and adjust molds and dies for production runs according to specifications.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain product quality.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molding equipment.
- Collaborate with production team members to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production runs, including any issues encountered and resolutions implemented.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Train and mentor junior staff on best practices for mold die setting and operation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Mold Die Setter or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of molding processes, machinery, and tooling.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
