What are the responsibilities and job description for the Memory Care Director position at Chesapeake Place Senior Living?
We're looking for our new Memory Care Director to join the team at Chesapeake Place Senior Living!
Responsibilities:
- Duties include but not limited to contributing to Community's relationships by demonstrating cooperation and professional conduct with residents, families, fellow associates, physicians, pharmacies and other vendors.
- This position will also provide staff training and scheduling, perform medication record audits, maintain records and files for residents, be part of the incident report process and assist in keeping service plans current and accurate.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- LPN License
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a Geriatric, Long Term Care or Assisted Living setting
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid First Aid Certification
- Team member management
- Schedule management
- Medication management
- Speak, read, and understand the English language
- Beneficial to have a prior knowledge of the OARs
Work Schedule:
- 9:00 am- 5:00 pm
- Weekends as needed
