What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install & Service Fire Suppression Systems – Work on residential and commercial projects, ensuring compliance with safety codes and best practices.
- Ensure Safety First – Adhere to company policies and industry regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with the Team – Communicate effectively to ensure project needs, progress, and goals are met efficiently.
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service – Maintain professionalism and ensure a positive experience for clients.
- Demonstrate a Strong Work Ethic – Take ownership of your work, show initiative, and strive for excellence.
- Tackle Additional Responsibilities – Be ready to assist where needed to keep projects moving forward.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Pipe Fitting Experience – REQUIRED – This is a must-have skill!
- 2 Years of Sprinkler Installation Experience (MD & DE) – REQUIRED – You know the codes inside and out.
- NFPA 13 Code Knowledge – REQUIRED – You understand fire suppression system regulations for commercial buildings.
- Fire Pump, Dry, & Pre-Action System Expertise – Your experience gives you an edge.
- Project Management Skills – Ability to manage both residential and commercial installations.
- Strong Decision-Making & Problem-Solving Abilities – You take initiative and get things done.
- Ability to Work Under Pressure – You thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "no excuses, make it happen" attitude.
