What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Armed Security Guard position at Chesapeake Protective Services?
Chesapeake Protective Services is currently hiring Part-Time Weekend Armed Mobile Security Officers.
All candidates must have :
- Active Maryland Guard Card.
- Maryland Wear & Carry permit.
- Service Weapon registered with Maryland.
- Duty Belt & Level 2 Holster or higher.
- Maryland Driver's License for more than two years, and a Clean Driving Record for the last 7 years.
- Be able to work evenings, Overnights, and weekends.
We can help renew Guard cards or obtain new ones for 1st-time guards.
Please DO NOT come to our office if you do not have an active Maryland Guard.

We hold walk-in interviews on Tuesdays through Thursdays between 10 AM and 3 PM, during which you may fill out our in-house application.
