The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management of concrete construction projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and controlling. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience managing concrete construction projects and a proven track record of maximizing profitability and generating future work through building relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the scope of work, bid drawings, and project specifications to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Perform financial analysis, forecasting, project tracking, postmortem evaluations, and cost management to ensure profit margins are maintained.
- Schedule and facilitate pre-job meetings with the Superintendent, client representative(s), subcontractors, and suppliers as necessary.
- Attend all required project meetings, internal and external, and provide contract guidance when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience managing concrete construction projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to negotiate contracts and change orders.
