Chesapeake Search Partners has partnered with our client in the global fintech industry in search of a Marketing Manager to join their global marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the company's marketing efforts across North America, working closely with various teams to ensure effective campaign execution and impactful customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, implement, and assess marketing strategies for North America offices, distributors, and partners.
- Work closely with the sales and customer success teams to plan local marketing initiatives and enhance the effectiveness of campaigns.
- Coordinate and manage shows and events, including concept design, messaging, supplier relations, setup, and post-event follow-ups.
- Leverage data and analytics to regularly evaluate program performance and ROI, adjusting strategies and tactics to optimize budget allocation.
Qualifications
- 4 years of experience as a Marketing Manager required; Global B2B company experience highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree required; Major in marketing or communications preferred.
- Skilled in developing strategies to expand the business, including managing budgets, analyzing competitors, driving sales initiatives, and meeting goals and deadlines.
- Ability and desire to travel to events and customers.
- Proactive and hands-on with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to take initiative, drive results, and contribute to the growth and success of the business.
Salary : $120,000 - $160,000
