Overview:
CSP is partnering with a full-service demolition company that serves the Baltimore, Washington DC and Northern Virginia area. They are searching for a Senior Project Manager that can manage multiple projects in a safe and profitable manner.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of all demolition projects
- Work with the Project Superintendent to ensure that all projects have the necessary resources to complete the project safely, on time and on budget.
- Receive and Process Daily Paperwork for Assigned Projects
- Update and track Daily Cost Reports/Costs. Review against established budgets.
- Coordination of all in house and subcontractor trucking for daily activities.
- Analyzing need for subcontractor hauling vs. in house every day.
- Analyze cost per load for all trucking and disposal.
- Determine and schedule necessary usage of labor and equipment
- Properly invoice general contractor and approve A/P invoices
- Produce safety plans.
- Track and submit all additional work requests.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in architecture, or engineering
- Must have at least five years of project management experience
- Ideal candidate has direct experience with the demolition of sizeable, multi-story structures
- Experience with a mainline general contractor is a plus
- Must have a portfolio of managing large projects from beginning to end

- Experience with project management software a plus

Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
