Position Overview:
The Project Coordinator is a client focused position working with the Chesapeake Think Tank's (CTT) Senior Strategist on project work and is an integral part of the CTT team. This position requires heavy communications between the company and its clients. This person is highly organized, manages and tracks detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities in a fast-paced work environment. This position requires exemplary listening and problem solving skills along with a passion for the small business community.
Client Management (overview):
- Works with Senior Strategist to provide project support and updates.
- Coordinates and tracks tasks and projects through the company's project management tools.
- Meets with clients to provide support, track progress and assist.
Outreach (overview)
- As a part of our outreach into the business community, each staff member is responsible for engaging with our local business and community groups. This position is responsible for attending 1 Chamber of Commerce or networking event/month.
- Hybrid work. Average 2 days/week travel to Annapolis area, 1 day/month travel to Kent Island.

- Proficient with Google Suite products and Powerpoint
- Able to transport self and supplies to off-site meeting location
- Able to connect with and establish professional relationships
- Experience with a CRM software a plus
- Experience using Monday.com a plus
