Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills and time management skills; along with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to hardware, software, peripherals and networking environments. The applicant should be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with limited supervision.
Duties
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software systems.
- Provide support to users, resolving issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware.
- Manage network configurations, including VPN setup and maintenance.
- Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protections, disaster recovery and failover procedures
- Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and database performance
- Maintaining agency website
- Acting as administrator of Office 365 account
- Maintaining phone equipment and plans
- Maintaining fax machines, copiers, printers, scanners
- Maintaining security and surveillance equipment
- Collaborate with team members to enhance system security and efficiency.
Skills
- Proficient in computer management and desktop support.
- Strong knowledge of network administration principles
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact with users at all levels of technical proficiency.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.50 per hour
