Responsible for the overall operation of residential facilities and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors all service delivery to residents provided by residential staff and contractual services
- Cordinates all service provision according to individual program plans
- Ensures adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Fosters a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
- Baccalaureate degree in a human services field from an accredited institution or equivalent experience
- Two years of administration or supervision experience in the human services field
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle for 15 passengers or less
- Certification in First Aid, CPR, and CPI (Non-Violent Crisis Intervention)
