Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operations and financial record keeping of the Nutrition Department. Supports the team by performing tasks related to the overall department operations; answers phone calls, schedules meetings, creates memos, distributes mail and communications. Responsible for accounting records. Updates excel files daily/weekly for proper and efficient maintenance of computerized inventory system. Responsible for back-up and hard copy of all inventory.
High school diploma or GED. 2 years general administrative experience in a busy office.
