Under the guidance and support of the Executive Assistant, is responsible for administrative support duties including but limited to scheduling, file maintenance, preparing agendas and minutes, meeting coordination and travel reimbursement support. Requires broad and comprehensive experience, skill, knowledge of organizational policies and practices, professional demeanor and ability to handle confidential information. Assists in supporting the overall needs of administration. HS Diploma or equivalent required. 3-5 years of secretarial/administrative experience required, preferably in a healthcare environment.
